Metaverse Campus Troubleshooting

Kapag gumagamit ka ng Metaverse Campus, puwede kang makaranas ng issues tulad ng “cannot log in,” “black screen,” “walang audio/video,” o biglang nagsho-shutdown ang computer.

Maraming posibleng dahilan nito—maaari itong galing sa mismong app, sa internet connection mo, o sa condition ng iyong computer at mga devices—kaya minsan mahirap malaman ang exact cause.

Ano’ng gagawin kapag nag-crash, nag-freeze, o hindi makalog in sa Metaverse Campus?
Una, i-restart ang computer at i-close lahat ng ibang apps.
Kadalasan, ang cause ay sobrang load ng computer, overheating, o network issues.

Nasa guide na ito and mga posibleng dahilan at detailed steps kung paano sila ma-solve. Kung hindi pa rin maayos, kontakin ang JPLT Support Admins .

1. Issues sa App o Provider Side

Kahit may monitoring at backup system ang metaverse servers, maaari pa ring magkaroon ng temporary outages o compatibility issues.

Puwede ring magka-problema dahil sa:

  • Bugs ng app 
  • Hindi compatible OS 
  • Luma ang version ng software 

Ano dapat gawin:

  • Lagi i-update ang computer, OS, at apps to the latest version. 
  • I-check kung may announcement ng outage. 
  • Subukan ulit after a while.

Nag-end na ang support para sa Windows 10 noong Oct 14, 2025.
– Mas prone ito sa security risks
– Unti-unting magiging incompatible ang apps
👉 Highly recommended mag-upgrade to Windows 11.

2. Issues Related to Your Environment (Overload)

Mabigat ang Metaverse Campus dahil maraming video, audio, and 3D processing.

Kapag na-reach ang limit ng CPU o RAM, puwede mangyari:

  • Nagha-hang 
  • Nagfa-force quit 
  • Nagba-black screen 

Solusyon:

  • I-restart ang PC para ma-reset ang memory. 
  • I-close lahat ng unnecessary apps. 
  • Regular mag-disk cleanup at clear cache. 

3. Other Main Causes and Solutions

 

🔥 Thermal Runaway (Overheating) Cause: Umiinit sobra ang CPU/GPU → nag-a-auto shutdown.
Solution:

  • Linisin ang vents at fans
  • Gumamit ng cooling pad
⚡ Power Supply Issues Cause: Mahina or sira ang power adapter/power supply.
Solution:

  • Try ibang outlet or power strip
  • Palitan kung kailangan
💾 Memory / SSD/HDD Failure Cause: Wear and tear, bad sectors.
Solution:

  • Mag-backup agad ng data
  • Papalitan kung may defect
🧩 Software / Driver Issues Cause: Graphics driver errors or failed Windows updates.
Solution:

  • Run Windows Update
  • Reinstall drivers
  • Try kung gagana sa Safe Mode

4. Troubleshooting Checklist

  • I-record kung kailan nag-crash, anong ginagawa mo, at anong apps ang naka-open. 
  • Always backup your data. 
  • Force restart (long press power button) = last resort lang. 
  • I-check kung may loose or bent laptop power cord. 
  • Kapag paulit-ulit ang problema: pa-diagnose sa technician. 

5. Recommended Specs for Metaverse Use

  • RAM: At least 8GB ang recommended for stable use 
  • Internet Bandwidth: Around 6 Mbps, pero mas stable kung 30 Mbps pataas 

Kung nasa 6–10 Mbps ka lang:

  • Audio call with camera OFF = OK 
  • Mas mabuti naka-off ang sarili mong camera 
  • Puwede magkaroon ng audio delay o lag sa movement 
  • Note: Ang “number of people” = number ng avatars malapit sa’yo, hindi total users. 

Reminder:

Ang metaverse ay mabigat gamitin, kaya dapat stable ang device performance, cooling, at power supply.

Try restarting and closing unnecessary apps first.
