「で」は、アクション（動作）を行う「場所（ステージ）」を表します。そこで何かが「行われる」ときに使います。
“DE” marks the location where an action takes place. It acts like a “Stage” for the verb (eating, working, studying).
「で」 (DE) = Action Location Marker.
Structure = [Place] で [Action Verb].

Why?
「勉強する」はアクションです。アクションをする場所には「で」を使います。
（〇 学校に 行きます / 〇 学校で 勉強します）
“Studying” is an action. For the place of action, use “DE”. (Use NI for going/existing, DE for doing).
