「か」は、文の最後にくっついて、文章を質問に変える魔法の言葉です。
“Ka” is a magic word attached to the end of a sentence to turn it into a question.

Why?
日本語は順番を変えません。「文＋か」が鉄則(てっそく)です。
In Japanese, word order does not change. The rule is always “Sentence + ka”.
