JPLT’s subscription plans are based on a “monthly subscription” system.
Instead of making a one-time payment for a limited time course or curriculum, you can choose from the courses offered in each subscription plan and take as many lessons per month (per day) as you like.
For example, you can take a JLPT course and a conversation course at the same time, or you can choose several attractive courses with native Japanese teachers.
You are free to change or stop your payment plan or change your course at any time.

We accept the following forms of payment

■ Cancellation of PLAN and change of payment method
★Payment by credit card:
You can cancel, pause or change your payment method at any time by logging into My Page.
★Direct Bank Transfer (Japan and Philippines only)
Please contact the office before your next payment date.
■ Payment date
★ Credit card payment:
Once you have purchased a PLAN, it will automatically continue at the price and frequency you have purchased until you terminate or cancel your PLAN.
For example:
First purchase date: 5th July.
Next purchase date: 5th August.
The PLAN will change on the next purchase date.
If you wish to change your PLAN during the month, you must cancel your current PLAN and purchase a new one. In this case, the right to use the current PLAN until the expiry date will expire and the new PLAN will start.
★ Direct Debit (Japan and Philippines only)
Payment is made on a monthly basis.
Example:
First payment date: 5 July
Next payment date (for September): 31st August.
This means that when you pay for the first time, the tuition fee for the month of payment will be waived. However, if you re-subscribe, you will be charged for the current month.
A change of PLAN will take effect from the following month. Please pay for the new PLAN by the end of the previous month.
If you change PLAN during the month, please pay the difference between the old and new PLAN for the current month.
■ For non-payment, late payment, etc.
★ Credit card payment:
Even if payment of the subscription fee is not successful due to a system failure or payment delay, the fee will be charged at a later date unless the user has cancelled the service.
We will automatically attempt to process payment of outstanding charges to the registered or changed billing information.
★ Direct Debit (Japan and Philippines only)
If we are unable to confirm your wire transfer by the payment due date (last day of the previous month), we will wait 5 business days.
If the payment is not confirmed by the due date or we are unable to contact you, we will assume that you have [Withdrawn from School] and proceed to the debt settlement process.
