How payments, renewals, and plan changes work
Review the details below before completing your enrollment or changing an existing plan.
The official price is listed in Philippine pesos. Card payments may be converted automatically by the payment provider, while direct bank transfer is available only for Japan and the Philippines.

Accepted cards and payment options may vary by country.
Direct Bank Transfer — Japan and Philippines only
We also accept transfers through Philippine and Japanese banks, including Philippine digital-bank options such as QR payment and InstaPay.

You may cancel, pause, or change your payment method at any time by logging in to My Page.
Direct Bank Transfer — Japan and Philippines only
Please contact the JPLT office before your next payment date when cancelling a plan or changing your payment method.
Payment Dates and Plan Changes
Credit card payment
Once you purchase a plan, it automatically continues at the same price and frequency until you terminate or cancel it.
A plan change takes effect on the next purchase date. To change plans during the month, you must cancel the current plan and purchase the new plan. In this case, access under the current plan ends and the new plan begins.
Direct Bank Transfer / Direct Debit — Japan and Philippines only
Payment is made monthly.
- For a first-time enrollment, the tuition fee for the month of the initial payment is waived. If you re-subscribe, the current month will be charged.
- A plan change takes effect from the following month. Please pay for the new plan by the end of the previous month.
- When changing plans during the month, please pay the difference between the old and new plan for the current month.
Non-payment or Late Payment
Credit card payment
If a subscription payment is unsuccessful because of a system failure or payment delay, the outstanding fee may still be charged later unless the service has already been cancelled.
We may automatically attempt to process outstanding charges using the registered or updated billing information.
Direct Bank Transfer / Direct Debit — Japan and Philippines only
If we cannot confirm the transfer by the due date, which is the last day of the previous month, we will allow a grace period of five business days.
If payment remains unconfirmed and we cannot contact you, we will treat the account as withdrawn from school and proceed with the applicable outstanding-balance settlement process.

Before you enroll
Which bundle should a complete beginner choose?
The JLPT N5 + Level A1 Speaking Bundle is the recommended starting path for first-time learners. It combines beginner exam foundations with practical speaking development.
Can I enroll if I already studied N5?
Yes. The JLPT N4 + Level A2 Speaking Bundle is intended for upper beginners who have already studied N5 or Level A1 speaking. Contact us if you need help confirming your current level.
Are the bundle prices monthly or total package prices?
The displayed bundle amount is the discounted total for the stated course duration. The regular comparison price is based on ₱999 per month.
Where can I check the latest class schedule?
Schedules may change by month. Please view the JPLT class calendar or contact our team for guidance before enrollment.
Can I choose a customized schedule or private lesson?
Yes. JPLT also offers customized 1-on-1 lessons, small-group lessons, and company training based on your goals and preferred setup.
