Hello! My name is Akari. I’m from Okinawa, Japan, and I support students ranging from 8-year-olds to those in their 60s as a Japanese teacher. Many of my students have started from scratch and have gained confidence in speaking within about three months.

During my university years, I studied abroad in Canada, and I love engaging with different cultures.

My lessons focus not just on memorizing vocabulary and grammar but on building confidence in speaking. I provide plenty of opportunities for speaking and carefully guide students on correct intonation and pronunciation. Let’s enjoy learning practical Japanese that you can use in everyday life!
